Hi Marcnath
You don't need to update HO until they get back to you for interview (in case).
You obviously can't display the name outside in case of 'Virtual' Office. Shouldn't be an issue.
There is no requirement to display the name outside the building

The actual rule is
You must display a sign with your company name:
- in characters that can be read with the naked eye
- in such a way that visitors to that office, place or location may easily see it
- continuously, but if the location is shared by 6 or more companies, each such company must either display its registered name for at least 15 continuous seconds at least once in every 3 minutes, or make its registered name available for inspection on a register by any visitor.
The last section is applicable to virtual offices and any decent service will comply with that, especially the last part.
That seems to me to meet the Companies House requirements. But your VO provider is the one that should be able to answer this question.
Thank you. I asked them and they said they have thousands of companies registered with their office locations, so they cannot print and display a list. They therefore hold a soft copy in the form of a database with them.
They said that they have a soft copy/database that the HO can ask to have a look at if they visit the premises. As they have thousands of companies registered there, they do not have it printed out.kaps84 wrote: ↑Fri May 04, 2018 11:40 amYou have to provide the current 'registered address' of your business on the date of application.

You can ask you VO provider, if there is an option to display your company name elsewhere, if you want to.
If they land up unannounced at an old address obviously you can’t handle it unless you plan to monitor your old location somehow - so I am lost as to your question
Sorry, I mean that is there any alternative way to inform them, as the change of circumstances form applies only to the personal contact details?
Plenty of people including me had the additional documents returned. There was a case here where someone had forgotten a specified document (confirmed refusal) whose extension got approved a few days after the additional documents were sent. So, yes, it appears they are considered.sm12 wrote: ↑Sat May 05, 2018 9:29 pmSorry, I mean that is there any alternative way to inform them, as the change of circumstances form applies only to the personal contact details?
I'm not sure but has anyone sent additional information by writing to them while the application was under process, and had them actually consider the extra documents or information? I know that some people sent extra documents but not sure if there was anyone here who received them back with other documents later on (which would suggest that the extra documents were passed on to the caseworker)?
