Tier 2 G 5 Years Visa Entry level or Experienced

Post by nbandla » Fri May 04, 2018 11:02 pm

HI
I am on Tier 2 G 5 years visa granted on May 14 under shortage occupation code 2136.

1) When i apply for ILR should i mention entry level salary 24k or experienced salary 31.1K?

2) Should i only include absences from UK on paid/unpaid leave or full leaves including casual leaves now and then ?

Thanks

usually you are on the job more than 3 years would be counted as experienced.

all leave absences from the UK, no matter what reason.
No paid leave cannot be more than 28 days, even your employer allowed.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply.

I think i can take additional 20 unpaid leaves maximum under Tier 2 Guidelines in addition to annual leaves.
