Took printout of Barclay bank statments

Hello guys ,
I just took printout of my Barclays Bank stammer. For six months but staff at bank refused to stamp on it as they said it’s already digital stamp on it as I took print out from kiosk machine .

Is it ok to send statments without stamp on it ??

That’s exactly what happened to me today.

I went to Barclays and printed the current months worth of transactions and they wouldn’t chop and sign them. Did yours come with a digital stamp on each page with “certified copy” on it?

They said that was sufficient. I kept insisting but they won’t do it. So frustrating as it only takes 1 min.
