Tier 2 General ILR Urgent

Hi

i have a question what happens when 2 times leave curtailed, first sponsor licence got revoked, second time redundant, and has 1 and half year more to get ILR, now he wants to file FLR to by some time out to get a sponsor.
Will it reset his count to 0 for 5 years Tier 2 ILR.

Will there be any problem due to 2 60 days gap in employement.

Yes. If he/she switch the VISA.

Will there be any problem due to 2 60 days gap in employement.

Hi Will the count be rest if the application decesion comes for FLR or even filing an application also counts towards switch of application
