Dependent visa

Post by ShineP » Tue May 08, 2018 12:33 pm

Dear Members,

I am new to this forum. I am currently on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and will be eligible for ILR in October 2018.

My child was born in January 2018 and I need to urgently travel to India. I have booked an appointment for my kid (dependent visa) on 12 May (Saturday) for a same day visa (Premium appointment).

My question is that

1. do I need to make an online application and then carry the form to the premium centre;
2. or I can straightaway take the hard copy application form along with all supporting documents at the premium centre.

I will really appreciate your quick response.

Thanks again.

It appears you can do it either way.

Tier 1 or 5 dependant - applying on your own: Book as part of your online application, or book to apply in person at a premium service centre - you’ll need to take your completed paper form with you

Check https://www.gov.uk/ukvi-premium-service ... ppointment

Since it appears you have already made the booking, you need to take the completed form
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.
