BRP, can HO fast track the process? if not, can I still travel?

I got my first FLR(M) visa in March. However, I had been asked to send back my BRP due to the problem with my photograph. I have been waiting on the Biometric Enrollment letter to come but it has arrived yet. Reason could be that we changed our accommodation and they send the letter to the old accommodation where i had a redirection on. But I came to know that HO letter's cannot be redirected.

I have sent my change of circumstances form and I have also sent emails to home office - no reply yet. I suppose to travel next week but I still haven't got the letter for Biometric enrollment. Can anyone suggest what can I do? Can HO fast track the process? Is there a way to get it faster than the normal times. Ca it be collected somewhere. Its costing me a lot to change the itinerary as i booked multiple flights. can I still travel? as i have got the original letter from HO when they issued me FLR(M) visa and I have scans of my BRP?
