Does anyone know if entry clearence will be denied to someone who received a Fixed penalty notice for disorder within the last 12 months?

What route have they applied for? Was the FPN issued in the UK? It sounds like the person in question is returning to the UK, on another leave to remain, no?

It may be better for that person to declare it as if not declared, UKVI may see it as evasion from the truth/facts in order to obtain EC.

It would help if that 'someone's' immigration history could be stated here in order to give a better assessment if possible.
