About return indefinite

Post by Alqama » Thu May 10, 2018 4:48 am

Hello,
I came to India in 2012 with my parents and my brother and sister. we lived in the UK for eleven years on ilr. The reason for coming to India was that my mother had lukemia and we had no relatives in the UK. At the time when we came I was only eighteen years old. My father and other family members have no plans for going back to UK but I want to apply for return indefinite because my ilr has expired .I have downloaded the VAF2 form. how do I apply and submit my documents online and what type of documents will I need. how long will it take for process and is the fees £516? has there been any changes in the ilr rules. please reply quick I will be grateful.
