Visitor visa rejected discrepancy in data

Dear All,

Please could you advise a way forward for this strange case of Visitor Visa rejection.

Visitor visa application for my relative got rejected reason being:

1. When she travelled with Business Visa a year go:
a. She mentioned there is no relatives in UK
b. No dependent children (as she presumed Business Visa is for herself, so no need to mention dependents)

Now when she had applied for Visitor Visa, she had mentioned two dependent children and I being relative in the UK. On the grounds of data discrepancy the visa got rejected.

I think she should go back to case worker and apologies by stating the mistake was unintentional and due to fact that she just followed Business Visa process template provided by company who sponsored the visa.
