2018 EU1 Application - Acknowledgement Letter

Hi all,

I am a Spanish national and my wife is non-EU (Turkish). She moved to Ireland with a C type visa, to apply for EU1 Treaty rights. We applied for EU1 on Apr 16, 2018; I know it takes a long time but has anyone recently applied and received the first acknowledgement letter? If so, how long did it take for the letter to arrive after the application?

Any guidance or information will be greatly appreciated.

first acknowledgement takes about a month, and every time u send in document u have to get another acknowledgement letter, in each case, if u dont get, ur last send is lost in the system.

Decision takes 9-12 month.

so i'll update
i sent my documents on April 23rd and got an answer on June 14, almost 2 months, they asked for additional documents.
