Hello all. I'm a first year law student in Ireland. Since the start of this year, i was battling with depression, which caused me to miss a significant amount of my lectures. Even though i'm not exactly sure, i think my attendance rate's something like %40. I doubt it's below that, but it might be.
I have an IRP card, but i don't have a re-entry visa and i'll leave the country at the end of this month. I was thinking of reapplying for the visa from my home country, since it's impossible for me to book an appointment and receive a re-entry visa till the end of this month. I've got signed papers from a psychiatrist and a consultant regarding my situation, which basically say "this student had depression, that's why he's missed a lot of the lectures". I didn't work here, and my criminal record's %100 clean. I'll pay the next year's tuition fee at the end of this month before leaving the country.
Do you think there'll be a problem regarding my visa? My parents don't know anything about any of this and i don't know what to do.
