Kindly advice if I withdraw my reconsideration for British citizenship , can I apply for a fresh application for British citizenship? Also if I do a fresh application what is the time line to apply . Thank you

I have not come across anywhere that it is written unless they have told you the earliest date that you may successfully reapply in your refusal letter.

You can always apply fresh application whenever you want there is no time restriction on applying BC or ILR
