Why retained right, are you divorced from your wife?

When did you move back to the UK?

Its very dificult as cant get the right rout on my setuation .as she is british and when i applyed i got EEA family member on 2015 march .so that mean they count my wife under EU law not british law. Thats what makes me think 5years to ILR count from marriage date wich is 11jun 2013 .and just wanna know if anyone had the same experience or any one expert can give me advice . As brixet soon and i dont trust the new laws .thx

In you case it is not 5 year from Marriage, but 5 years from when you moved from Ireland to the UK, as that is when you started residing in the UK in accordance with the EEA Regulation.
