Hello everybody, I am asking on behalf of my friends. Please help, as the situation is not clear. There is a married couple, they lived in EEA member state, and wife got Article 10 residence card which they used to enter into UK together. It was a little hassle, they were asked to wait in the airport, clearly boarder-officer was not aware of this Article 10 card, they were given a little written statement that they were detained to be examined. Then, he let them enter and said that "it would be easier for you to get family permit" and said that the information regarding their NON-EU family member will be for 3 months and if she wants to enter again country it will not be an issue and it is better for her to show that statement regarding detantion.. Though,the issue is that they did not stamp the passport. So, it is a question is it a problem???? Now, the EU citizen exercising his treaty rights and they only for 2 months here. What to do next? I advised them to re-enter the country and ask for a stamp.
