You should have informed employer that under the Immigration Rules section 3C/3D, if an intime application is made, your working rights & valid leave to remain are retained and continous even after expiry of your last leave to remain until a decision is made on your pending application.Willmontana wrote: ↑Thu Jun 07, 2018 12:40 amCongratulations osaz
Thanks for letting me know
That's really good news.
Just got one question how long between submitting your application to receive the biometric enrollment?
By the way my employer just gived me today suspending Letter from my job .and told me I be back to work when I provide home office reference number so he can do the check for right to work . Just I'm so frustrated and loosing sleep over this situation.
Congratulations again hope you get the good news soon .
i am very happy for you that you have received your biometric letter, and i think it just means they can take an indefinite amount of time to consider the application, but dont worry too much.. there should be no reason for us to not have indefinite leave to remain by the Grace of GodWillmontana wrote: ↑Sun Jun 10, 2018 2:59 pmHi everyone hope you all doing fine.
Update
My employer done the check for ECS and come clear that's mean I can carry-on working as a normal even his done the check with my old home office reference number .
But one thing it's bothering me in the acknowledgement letter stating in one paragraph that . *I'm not able to tell you when your application will be considered..*
What's that mean ?
Even the send me my 3 kids British passports
birth certificates and marriage certificate with the acknowledgement letter.
Any one please facing same situation or had same problem before . ?
Thank you
