Appeal allowed by FTT what next now

Post by Ali25031992 » Mon May 14, 2018 2:51 pm

Hi everyone,
I came to uk as a student in March 2010,got married to a British citizen in 2011,applied for a spouse visa but HO granted me a 3 years discretionary leave till 2014 instead of spouse visa ( HO said you don’t have enough evidences which show us that you both living together),anyways i applied for an extension before the expiry of my visa in 2014 and got another 3 years visa till november 2017.
I applied for an ILR through PEO after completing 6 years, the caseworker asked me that we will do further checks on your file and you will be contacted by email, post or call.
Next day i got a call from Liverpool office to attend an interview with my wife which i could’t attend as i was in hospital for endoscopy ,i explained them and they gave me another date which we missed too.
Then got the refusal saying that we are not satisfy that your relationship is genuine and you can appeal against this decision.
I submitted my appeal ,got a hearing last month and my appeal is allowed on human rights ground.
14 days time is passed now but i have not recieved any letter from HO till now, so my question is whether HO can challenge this decision or will they sent me ILR .
Plz advise.
Many thanks
