HELP: Tier 4 application (Travel history)

Hi, I’ll be applying for my Tier 4 visa in the upcoming months and I have some problems with the travel history section. I have two passports (an old one and the one I’m currently using) and most of my travel history is shown on them, with the exception of my two trips to Hong Kong.

1. Under my old passport, when I travelled to Hong Kong, a landing slip was stapled in my passport, showing the date I arrived in Hong Kong. While I have proof of the date I arrived, I do not have proof of when I departed from Hong Kong (I know the date, I just don’t have proof of it on my passport) as they no longer use passport stamps. What should I do?

2. I travelled to Hong Kong again under my current passport, but in this case I don’t have any proof of both my arrival and departure dates. Should I just omit this trip entirely from my application since there’s no way to prove it with my passport?

But the application does not ask for proof of your travel history!

For the travel history details, if you do not know a specific date, and you can't find out, just make a good estimate.
