Hi everyone.
I need the valueable advise regarding my EEA extended family member case.
I have applied twice and got refused.
Second time refusal says that;
When you came in uk in 2011. You showed funds in your own account. You did not mention that your EEA national uncle is sponsoring you.
Noe you are claiming that you were dependent on him.
And seceond question is; i have been to many solicitors regarding this issue.
Some of them say that you came in UK in 2011 and you EEA national uncle came in UK in 2016.
So there is no way of getting the visa.
Because according to law, your uncle must be in the uk before you arrive in UK.
But i got proof of monet remittances that he was sending me money from italy to uk. When he was in italy and me in UK.
Should i go for JR at this stage and what are the chances of getting the visa.
