Hello,

If an entry clearance application is refused and one appeals, how do one fight one's case before a judge when one is outside the country?

What happens if one cannot afford a solicitor? Can the case be heard in the country in which one applied?

I can see you are still fighting Twin.

I am sure you know from information on AIT website that if you are outside the country, you will not expected to be present at the hearing. The appeal will be decided on papers. If you cannot afford to pay a solicitor privately, unfortunately it will not be possible unless you have a sponsor in the UK who will attend or hire a barrister on your behalf.

Good to hear you are up to spirits - you had very tough time fighting your case and you are still determined.

Yep. It takes exactly the same period of time whether you are in or out of the country but remember that if you are successful, you will have to chase the implementation of the decision.
