Hi ,
My 2.5 year spouse visa expires in a month time and I at the moment completing all the forms.
Have some uncertain things that not sure about:
NHS surcharge -am I to pay 500 (I have a dependant ,but he is British citizen)
What proof of cohabitation is enough :we have council tax letters in our names and joint bank statements for 6 months .Is that sufficient?
how to prove that the house is in good condition and only we live there?we can take some pictures and it is only our names on the council tax bill.Is it enough ?My husband has a mortgage for the house -we can provide statement of that as well .Anything else?
Do we need to provide any photos of us ?
In regards to meeting the financial requirement I am confused .Do I need to apply for the one with 1 dependant even if my dependant is British?

Also I was thinking about going through applying in person through visa centre .Does that mean I will get a reply straightaway ?And can I take my toddler with me there as I don;t have anybody to leave him with .

What proof of cohabitation is enough :we have council tax letters in our names and joint bank statements for 6 months .Is that sufficient? You need 6 pieces of correspondence in joint names, from at least 3 different sources and spread as evenly as possible over the period covered by your current visa. Without 6 in joint names, you will need 6 each (12) in single names.

Re cohabitation evidence we have 2 council tax bills from previous place and 1 council tax bill from current place .those are from different councils :are they considered different sources?Also have bank statements in joint names for few months -are those considered as one proof or each month is one source?
Also doctors letters in each name -are those considered to be sources as well?

I looked at premium service thing as well and they say there are no appointments available for 45 days !anybody knows is there any chance or any other way to get an appointment?
