Good day to y’all
So I’m due my ILR in September and I thought to go one step ahead and start preparing. I have a few questions and would appreciate some help.
I would like to know if there’s an option of priority postalbfor ILR. I remember my office used something similar when applying for my Tier 2 visas. Has anyone on here used it. How long does it take as opposed to regular posting.
Also in the case that there is such a thing, do I still qualify to apply 28 days before my 5 years is upbor is that only for regular applications? If I were to chose premium appointment can I still go in person 28days before? Thanks
Out of curiosity also is it possible for an employer to refuse to give an employer or absence letter .
Finally with regards to absences do you submit your old passport for corroboration
Thanks for your anticipated help

No, there is nothing like priority postal, it is either Premium service or normal standard postal

Yes, you can apply and attend your Premium Service appointment 28 days before completion of your 5years completion of your Tier application OR Tier 2 visa date OR your entry to UK under Tier 2 (which ever works out in your favor)

Most cases, it doesnt matter to employer but it depends if they want to keep you they wouldnt mind giving you these letters

Yes, you need to submit your all the passports you held during these 5years
Thanks for your anticipated help
