Child dependent visa

Hi guys . my father is a British citizen by naturalization. He became British citizen when i was 14,Now im 17 years and im planning to do my undergraduate in the U.K.So i need to apply for a visa.

can my father apply for a child dependent visa only for me? as my mother cant come with me cause She is illiterate and cant read and write so there is only one option that is to apply for me...

so, what documents do i need to provide for my child dependent visa ?

My father has met all the financial conditions and other stuff..
