Switch from ECAA to Tier2

Dears,

I have UK ECAA Turkish Business Person visa which will yet to start mid June. I have sponsorship offer that will give me UK Tier2. Can I apply to cancel ECAA first before it even got started to apply for Tier 2? Or should I wait until ECAA starts and then apply for Tier 2? Or something else?
