Tier 2 ICT Dependants

Hi,

I've been in the UK under Tier2 ICT - Established staff, and very recently switched to Tier 2 General. At the point of switching, I still had one full year validity on Tier2 ICT and similar validity date for the family. However, on account of my visa switch the Tier 2 General application, the BRP issued under ICT has been superseded and my old Tier 2 ICT BRP is no longer valid.

Question:
My spouse lives and works in the UK on earlier issued Tier 2 ICT Dependants Visa that is due to expire next year. I could find no substantiated evidence that,
a) Her Tier 2 ICT Dependant is valid until expiry mentioned in the BRP and she has to apply for Tier2 General Dependant.
b) The new Tier 2 General Dependant application can be done whilst in Country.

Can mods clarify/assist me with references to the above queries, please?
