Hi All,
In Tier 2-5 guidance, item 29.43; under salary decrease, it is mentioned that RLMT can be made for a certain range 25K to 28K, the RCOS could be applied for 27K, if it is accepted, the salary could be reduced if the reduced value is within the salary range announced in the RLMT, i.e. the actual salary could then be 26 K.
To that extent; it is understood, however; the second line states that the lower salary should have scored the same number of points as the original figure given on the application for RCOS, the question here is that if I used the same figures provided in the example of the guidance:
1. The RLMT is made for a slary range of 25K to 28 K
2. The RCOS application is made with 27 K, that means a score of 27 points
3. The offered salary is 26 K, that means the final salary scores 26 points!!!. that contradicts with the statement above that the salary may be reduced as long as it scores the same points.
Could you please advise or explain that discrepancy?
