I am in the UK on Tier 2 Visa and about to apply for my ILR on 10 years basis this month. My wife is with me on Tier 2 dependent visa and her visa will be expiring in December. My understanding is that once i get my ILR i will have to apply FLR M for her. Can some someone please confirm if this is correct and what documents I will need for her visa. Also what IELTS test she would require? She has been in the UK since Jan 2017.

FLR(M) is the correct application. It will re-set your wife's immigration route to zero, putting her on a new 5 year (2.5 x 2.5) path to ILR. In addition to the visa fee she will also have to pay the £500 IHS surcharge.
