British Citizen with NON-EU Dependent Spouse returning back to UK

I am British Citizen and moved to Middle East 2 years ago. My wife is NON-EU and is my dependent. She had dependent visa which is expired now. We are planning to move back. I have some queries regarding this:

1- Can we apply dependent Visa from outside UK and move together back to UK?
2-What are theFininancial requirement , can I use my current salary to meet this requirement?
3- She has already passed English language, which is over 2 years now , does she need to to pass it again?
4-As I will be moving there , I dont have any residence but i would arrange this in future, waht should i do about it?
5- I have two children who are British, can I use them to get exemption of anything as their studies will be compromiosed if my wife has to wait 6 months?
6- What forms will We have to complete for the application?

2-What are theFininancial requirement , can I use my current salary to meet this requirement? If you are relying on overseas income you must submit evidence of earnings of at least £18,600 p.a over the 12 month period prior to submitting the application AND have a confirmed offer of employment to start within 3 months of arriving in the UK (again with minimum salary of £18,600 p.a)
3- She has already passed English language, which is over 2 years now , does she need to to pass it again? Yes, A1 level from a test on the approved UKVI list.
4-As I will be moving there , I dont have any residence but i would arrange this in future, waht should i do about it? You must submit proof of adequate accommodation which will be available on your wife's arrival in the UK with the visa application
5- I have two children who are British, can I use them to get exemption of anything as their studies will be compromiosed if my wife has to wait 6 months? Unfortunately, no.
6- What forms will We have to complete for the application? Read through the application form and guide for required documents.
