You must have come across a lot of professionals on the Tier 1 General HSMP Route, who after coming to the UK have lost the right to work or in a few ‘lucky’ cases have to settle for grossly low-paying, menial jobs, due to ignorable human errors in their applications. The adverse effects of failed applications (especially on children) are better imagined than experienced.
I have signed this petition and earnestly appeal for you to add a voice to this call for justice and restoration of affected peoples’ human dignity.
