Can I buy one way to England if I have Israeli passport which not required visa

Hello everyone,

I am in England at the moment visiting and staying with friend. I have Israeli visa so I didn't need to apply for visitor visa. However I got an admission for 6 month. I have to go back to Israel after staying 3 Month in UK. If I want to come back to UK Can I buy one way to England if I have Israeli passport which not required visa? Will I have problem in immigration?
