My IELTS was done 8 years ago .. Can I use it as proof of language for ILR application

Hello
I am planning to apply for ILR next month
I work as a doctor , I ve done IELTS in Egypt on 2010 and in one of the centers ( The British Council ) which is not on the list now
I have my MBBch certificate as well from Egypt which states that the study was in English
Shall I qualify the MBBch dgree from NARIC or can I use my old IELTS
