EU1 form - waiting time

Hello,
I'm married to Eu citizen,and i'm non eu spouse.
we sent the Eu1+all the documents needed on April 23rd, and i have a confirmation that they got the documents on day after.
Does anyone know how long i'll have to wait?
i ordered a meeting with the GNIB on May 28th but without the confirmation from the immigration office i can't go for the meeting.
another problem is that my 3 month visa expired on June 23rd and i have a flight on that Day back to Israel for 2 days so i'll come back to Ireland on June 25th, they will allow me to get in to Ireland without Stamp4 approval?
