Visa expires on Aug,18
An employer is happy to sponsor me to work under T2.
I know I will have to apply from HK(where im from). there are certain requirements listed on the site:
- have a valid certificate of sponsorship for your job
- show you’re being paid an appropriate salary for your job
- prove your knowledge of English
- have personal savings so you can support yourself when you arrive in the UK
- show you can travel and your travel history over the last 5 years
- have tuberculosis test results if you’re from a listed country
- provide a criminal record certificate from any country you’ve lived in for 12 months or more in the last 10 years, if you’ll be working with vulnerable people
I was on Tier4 as a Uni student, then applied T5yms after my Tier4 expired and continued to work in the UK until now.
As my visa is not expired yet; I am still in the UK working under my T5 visa. If I were to apply in HK, do I have to provide TB test and criminal record from HK? (providing I was in the UK for the past few years.)
Also, the employer asked me to provide them with a criminal record to them in order for them to apply for the CoS. Im not sure if I have to apply one from HK?
