help needed please

i am a British citizen planning to move to the republic of Ireland in September and i would like my Tunisian husband to join me there.
could someone please confirm what documents need to be included with the short stay c visa to join a spouse in another member state in my case (ireland) intending to exercise eu treaty rights .
Also please could someone advise me on what needs to be included in the cover letter and invitation letters.
we have a son together whom my husband has not met as yet and he is missing out on so much , our son is just about to turn one year old , me and my husband have been together 4 years and will have been married for 2 years this September, we just want to start a life together as a family .
