Hello Guys!
I tried reading a lot of existing threads, however could not find the answers to my specific questions.
I would like to apply for the EEA permanent resident card.
My history:
Full time student 2005-2008 with no CSI (during which period I was also registered as self-employed for under a year)
Full time Worker 2008 - 2014 (THE QUALIFYING 5 CONTINUOUS YEARS AS A FULL TIME WORKER)
Left the country 2014 -2015
Full time Worker from 2015 to date
My claim is based on 5 continuous years as a full time worker from 2008 to 2014.
In EEA(PR): guidance notes it says that I need to provide evidence such as P60/P45 for 5 continous years as a full time worker and if the qualifying period happened more than 2 years ago I need to provide evidence that I did not leave the UK for more than 2 years.
I have P60's/P45's to cover the whole period from 2008 to date.
However on online application I was also asked whether I was ever self-employed or student since coming to the UK. I answered 'Yes' to both questions and also provided further details.
As I reached the 'Documents' section I was asked to provide the evidence for continuous (5 year) period of qualifying residence and evidence that I have not spent more than 2 consecutive years outside the UK since the qualifying period ended. Which is what I am prepared to provide.
However, I was also asked to provide evidence of studying, CSI cover and self employment. EEA(PR): guidance notes booklet does not say that I need to provide any evidence before the continuous (5 year) period of qualifying residence. However, the online application is asking for the evidence for all 13 years I have been in the UK.
I did not have a CSI, so I can not tick the box which says that I promise to enclose it. If I can not tick the box I am unable to save the application and move forward.
