Hello fellow members.
I am facing a strange situation. I applied for 3 family members - 6 months visit visa application online (family coming from Pakistan). The payment went through fine. Two days later, I got the money back in my account (reverted transaction) but the online visa application system shows that the payment was successful. Can anyone suggest what I need to do?
Is there a number I can call to make UKBA aware of what has happened and possibly pay again. My family appointment is next week.
