Applying for Visitor visa while my tier2 extension under process

Hi evryone

I have applied for my tier 2 extension in oct-2017

In january 2018 compilane office visit our office and our license got suspended stating they need more paper work. We have submitted all relevant paperwork and got our license back in april 2018. I still haven’t heard d any thing regarding my tier2 extension

Now, i would like to apply visitor visa for my mom.

can i apply now or shall i wait till i get my visa?

Could any one suggest what support documents shall i put.
