My student visa expired on 6 April. I applied for extension in time. But the application was rejected as invalid 3 days ago. I’ve a job offer with sponsorship. However I’m waiting for documents, which may take around 2 weeks to arrive.
In these circumstances, how can I make a VALID tier 2 application? Should I make a fresh tier 4 application now? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
