UK SPOUSE VISA PRIORITY - HELP!

Hello everyone,

I was just wondering if you can help me figure things out as I have been reading a lot of forums and our application has been appied far too long and still has no updates.

Type: PRIORITY SPOUSE VISA
Place applied from: Philippines
Applied and requirements received in Sheffied: April 6, 2018
Indirect email stating appication received : April 6,20-7

**SINCE THEN WE HAVE NOT GOT ANY UPDATES AT ALL

** JUST FYI WE HAVE PAID IHS AND ALL OTHER FEES BEFORE SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION AT VFS MANILA

** We have also tried calling Home Office thrice as well as VFS Manila and British embassy in Manila but all gave no direct answers not even an update.

** Paying for priority service indicates that we can get a result withtin 30 business days and mind you it is already our 8th week next Wednesday!

**And there is still no email nor no text from VFS!

Please help us and give insights or if you have had the same experience can you share with us what happened?

None at all.

I have never been declined with USA visa, Singapore work visa and UK Marriage Visitor visas

You applied a week after me and I got my decision a while back, within 28 working days. Have you received an email to say its under consideration by ECO or have you had your documents back ?? You can call 00 44 203 481 1736 and they will give you an update as to what is going on and if need be escalate your case.

Sometimes the ECO misses out on the fact it's a priority application if you have not mentioned this anywhere on your documentation.

My husband had recieved the original documents way back. But still we have no update from email or sms.

He called several times already to escalate and they only answered indirectly.

We will try to call again.

We called 6 days ago and they said “they have escalated it”.

Today, we still had no email nor reply.

Did anyone have the same experience?

We are very worried.
