ID change after Ielts test

Hi Guys,

I will apply for spouse visa for UK. I had given my IELTS Life Skills Level A1 before marriage. However after marriage name of my husband would be in NIC. Would that be an issue as my IELTS certificate shows old NIC with my father's name on it? Should I have to give test again after being married. Ielts result is valid for two years and I cant give test again before mentioned time.

Would appreciate if someone can advise.
