Employee Pension

Post by ocean7 » Mon May 28, 2018 10:38 pm

Hi,

I am a Director of Limited company and I have one employee, as a employer I am paying contribution into pension scheme for myself. My question is whats my legal duties for my employee? Do I need to pay contribution to pension for my employee as well?

Regards,

This is not an immigration matter.
But still, you mostly do need to contribute pension for your employees.
But there are exceptions and exemptions so talk to your accountant or discuss with your pension management company
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.
