Hi
I'm due for my ILR on tier 1 entrepreneur through 5 years route next moth in june 2018. I had my extension in march 2017 there was 5 workers working with me from that time now 2 left and only 2 full time and one part time workers with me.as I'm due for my ILR one worker leaving from 1st of June so my question is will it effect on my ILR and if I'll hire another worker is the worker must be british citizen or have indefinite leave to remain or it can b any one living legally in uk and have uk visa.
Please I'm so confuse now kindly help me in this regards.

You only need 24 months of full time equivalent jobs with settled workers. It appears you are well past that requirement so you don’t have to worry about hiring only settled workers any more.

No. British citizens, all EEA nationals, anyone with ILR status or even family members of EEA citizens are all counted as settled

Hi
As I discussed with u b4 I'm due for my ILR in this month in june 2018 but solicitors confused me thts why I need some advice from your panel too please.
As I'm running my business successfully from 5 years but I didn't received any dividend and wages from my business as I'm totally dependant on my husband he's earning about 17 to 18 pound a year so my question is this money enough to show for maintenance or if I can start taking wages from my business as solicitors said u have to show how u surviving.so my husband income is enough and his saving or do I need to show my separate savings too.
Please advice in detai.

That should be fine. I am assuming your husband is earning 17 to 18

The only requirement is that you are not dependant on benefits once you have your ILR. As long as you are self employed, you are not eligible for benefits irrespective of whether you draw salary or not.

Is it important for ILR that your business must be in profit coz as I told u I'm applying for my ILR nest week in june but my business accounts is in loss will it impact on my ILR or not?

Hi
I'm subitting my case for ILR on monday but I need to ask about job creation please if you can help.
In last 12 months I had 5 workers there jobs was as such.
Job 1: full time as supervisor =been 5 years working with me till present.
Job 2:full time as packing and dispatch staff left after 9 months.
Job 3:full time as warehouse assistance left after 10 months.
Job 4:part time warehouse assistance been working with me more thn 12 months now till present.
Job 5:was part time for 10 month as admin assistance now full time from 2 months on same job till present.
So do I need to combine any job with other or shall I just fill the form in same format and send it out as I'm a bit confuse now please advise and also are these jobs will cover my 12 months requirments or not.please help

As you are pre-April 2014, it should be fine. Job 1, 2 and 3 together gets you to the 24 month requirement
