Translation assistance - Certified translation

Hi all,

I've had my wife's documents translated from Russian to English and signed/stamped by the named translator, however the certification page is all in Russian!

The translator says they can only provide this last page in Russian as the translation was done in Russia, so the question is do I translate the certification page to English separately, or do I accept that this was all a massive waste of time and money, scrap it all and start again?
