IHS refund received waiting for update

Hello All,
Here's my timeline
Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension
Application Sent to HO - 17th August 2017
Biometrics Done - 12th September 2017
Complex Letter Received - End of September 2017
Received letter from HO requesting for RTS of employees with breakdown of their tax paid - 18th April 2018
Received partial refund of IHS - 18th April 2018
Sent requested documents to HO - 25th April 2018
Since then there is no update. What could happen? Anyone going through the same situation?
Hoping for the best!

Official communication is via post. IHS refund means nothing.
This has been discussed many times before. Please wait to hear back from HO.
