Tier 2 General to ILR

Post by le01978 » Wed May 30, 2018 12:01 pm

Hi - Hope you can help and clarify on this. I switched from Tier1 (Entrepreneur Visa) to (Tier2 General Visa) recently.
• I got Tier2 General Visa on 05th Sep 2017
• I have resigned as company director on the same day 07th Sep 2017.
• I started my employment with my new employer on 07th Sep 2017.

I basically have couple of questions which needs your expert advice and guidance.
1. Does this cause any issue when i appear for ILR as i resigned as a director and started my new employment on same day?
2. I still hold 50% share in the company (My sponsored Company is different to this one). I haven’t taken any specific income from this, Due to my accountant error it was left with me.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Regards,

2. I still hold 50% share in the company (My sponsored Company is different to this one). I haven’t taken any specific income from this, Due to my accountant error it was left with me. You can hold share (invest) when you are in Tier 2 visa.

Any advice is much appreciated.
