Suggestions after seconds time extension refusal.

Hi I have got rejection of our reapplication of extension. It is based on 2 points. 1) the report of current dictator from company house we have sent they have not accepted it. ( it has been accepted in initial application 3 years ago as well as in 1st extension application but not accepted this time !!) In company report we have put print out of the front page from company house. unfortunately we didn’t know about it or neither our solicitor informed us to change that report.
and 2nd is I have RTI exemption certificate from HMRC. but it seems like they have not accepted that as well. Now I have few questions if you guys can provide answers to your knowledge that will be great.
1) what can be done in this situation?
2) do we have chance for 3rd time reapplication?
3) my son will be 7 in September so in that situation what could be best option for us? JR or reapplication?
4) if JR if decision is still pending? can we change file in September or we can’t?
5) if we can then do they transfer our file money?
6) our 10 years are finishing in January 2019 so can we apply for ILR in December 2018? If decision of JR is not come yet.

Failure to send the required document is not acceptable even by the tribunals. JR very unlikely gonna lead to a positive outcome
A recent CRA is a must. I also do not know why you were given RTI exemption as that is very rare

No as you have been an overstayer for more than 14 dyas

The 7 year route is a very difficult route and rarely granted

You cannot be eligible. For long residence you need 10 years of LAWFUL residence not simply physical presence. You do not have the required lawful residence
