form AN NEED HELP

hi to all .

iam family member of eu citizen .

i came to the uk with visa tier 18/04/2011 which finished 06/2012.

on 4/feb 2012 went to married back home?

i got married back home feb 2012 . on 23 /feb 2012 back to the uk by the same visa student with my wife was eu .

my question is


2) residence requirement

2.1) date and place of first arrival ?

witch date i have to write here 2011 one or 2012 one ?

6) biometric enrolment

6.1) have you been issued with a BRP with a previous application for leave ?

i have have now permanent card . should i answer yes or nn ?

if i answer yes i have to fill this section ?

Hi to all

This is my employment history

I start work jun 2011 i was student to jun 2012 visa exp jun 2012 .while i stoped with them and they keep sent me payslip 0 hours untill sep 2012.
On nov 2012 i went back to same company with confirmation letter from HO ( right to work) . To 30 march 2013 .
Now on the form should write .

1) from Jun 2011 to jun 2012 and from nov 2012 to march 2013. Or

2) from Jun 2011 untill the time i was recieve 0 hours payslip sep 2012. And from nov 2012 to march 2013 . Or

3) from jun 2011 to march 2013 .

Hi,

I think from Jun 2011 to jun 2012 and from nov 2012 to march 2013, but you need to check from HMRC regarding your NI contributions and TAX records, like what does it say with them.

When you say your visa expired, did you apply the extension before the expiry date, if Yes then i think you were fine to work as you applied before the visa expires.

Yes . On may 2012 before my visa get expired i aplied for residence card .
