A1 exam for married failed asylum seeker

Hi, im looking to apply for spouse visa as my wife is a british citizen and im a failed asylum seeker. I Gov website says i need to pass least CEFER A1 English exam. But i dont have any id with me as everything in homeoffice due to Asylum claim. Trinity college said i cant get the A1 without ID. Hiw do i do the exam then. Please help me to clear this up. Tnxx
