Tier 2 extension approval after HO compilance visit

Hi evryone

I have applied for my tier 2 extension in oct-2017

In january 2018 compilane officer visited our offices and interviewed all migrant workers and our director anout 3 hrs after 1 week we recived Suspension letter stating they need more paper work. We have submitted all relevant paperwork within given time and got our license back in april 2018. I still haven’t heard any thing from ukba regarding my extension.

Its been 8 months and i have postponed all my travel plans 3 times now.

Kindly advise if anyone have similar situation

how long home office usally take to approve after reinstate sponcer license.

how long home office usally take to approve after reinstate sponcer license.

No one can tell the exact / estimated time I guess. Each case is different due to the circumstances. By experience, it took around 6-9 months for my last company. Unfortunately, it was a revoke. Not a re-initiate after the visit. A couple of my friends had their extension applications processing at that time and all had to wait and wait. I know that feeling!
