Indefinite Leave to remain - ILR

Post by Srivenkat278 » Thu May 31, 2018 12:28 pm

Dear Experts,

I have got my British Citizen this year Jan 2018, My wife and children are still in Tier 2 PBS dependent and their visa going to expire by Oct 2018.

I like to understand eligibility of my Wife and Child ILR or do i still need to extend the Tier 2 PBS dependent until they 5 years complete. And need ur input and advise to see whether need to go for extension of current PBS dependent or any option to covert to ILR now.

Below are the details of wife Visa entry to UK.,

My wife first UK visa as "visa tier 2 partner from 14/02/2011 till 01/01/2013 port of first entry 12 march 2011 and return to India 13 sep 2011. Again I Processed dependent visa for my wife "visa t2 ict long term staff partner" valid from 26/11/13 till 14/02/2015 . The Port of entry was 7th march 2014 and she continues to stay in uk with required extension and she is still in UK where current visa expires on Oct 7 2018.

Please advise

Regards
Sri

Continue to extend as PBS dependents until they complete qualifying period for ILR.
Don't misconstrue my views for professional immigration advice, just trying to give back to a community that helped me through my journey.

WP-> HSMP-> Tier 2G D-> ILR-> BC-> OCI
