Extension visa approved after 15.5 months

Hello guys,

I wanna says thanks to all mentors and member, this forum has helped me alot. Finally after 15.5 months my application been approved and got BRP card today. Here is my timeline.
Application sent - Mar 2017
Complex letter- Apr 2017
Interview at our office- october 2017
Called UKVI- Jan 2018 got standard reply
Called UKVI - 24th May 2018 asked her to mention the notes that our business is suffering and its been more than 15 months, she said it has been mentioned in notes.
25th May 2018 got standard reply again
After long weekend suddenly got IHS refund on 30th May 2018
BRP received 31st May 3018
Passport nd docs waiting.

So if someone has IHS refund partial in the account £200 it means approved? without interview?
